Red Friday - March 19

U.S. Marines exercise on the flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship the USS Harpers Ferry in the South China Sea. The Marines are assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. The Harpers Ferry, part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group, is conducting spring patrol to the western Pacific Ocean.

Red Friday - March 12

It's Red Friday again, time to feature another member of our military. Here, U.S. Army Sgt. Carl Munoz holds a goat in Gavband village in Afghanistan's Helmand province. Afghan police officers and U.S. soldiers were conducting security operations last month along Highway 601 to support Operation 601 Cougar. Munoz is assigned to Company A, 4th Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment.

Red Friday - March 5

Just a reminder to keep our military men and women in your thoughts and prayers. Here, U.S. troops depart from the rear of a CH-47 Chinook helicopter in Khost province, Afghanistan, last month. The troops are assigned to 101st Airborne Division's Focused Targeting Force, Forward Operating Base Salerno.
