Just surfacing for a moment to say Happy Halloween.I'm in the middle of two big projects, which is good; keeps me from watching election coverage 24/7. Hope you have a wonderful, not-to-scary holiday. (The election this year is scary enough!)  Hang in there!

RIP Tony Hillerman

 

One of my favorite authors passed away Sunday. Tony Hillerman gave us Navajo mystery and legend, Leaphorn and Chee, and hours and hours of pleasure reading high-desert adventures. He knew the culture well and loved the people he wrote about. He will be missed. Tony Hillerman was 83.

Still Dropping

 

Just thought I'd give you another gas update here. Gee, I never thought the price of gas would be something to celebrate! Okay, I filled up yesterday. The price? $2.46 a gallon. Still dropping where you live?
